The year of Crovid 19

What a year for everyone, so many changes and still more to come. The only thing that hasn't changed is the beauty this island has to offer. At the moment all the autumn colours are coming out day by day, the hill side is golden brown and when the sunsets the colours on the other side of Loch Mor are just stunning. the roads are much quieter which has been a bonus too. The fishing has been the best ever this year and some very big fish have been caught. The midgies have been the best they've ever been too, but I am pleased to say they are all gone now. Huge pods of bottle nosed dolphins have been around all summer too. At the moment I am enjoying seeing the eagles soar above the cottage, not a care in the world. This has to be a photographers paradise aswell as bird spotters too. My gardens are still beautiful, again all in autumn colours now.

Although I have taken any surplus from Kelpie to make sanitising a bit easier the comments are still " the best accomadation we have ever been in" which is always nice to hear.I spend a great deal of time and effort cleaning and sanitising everything in Kelpie between bookings, so couples can be assured the cottage is spotless and very safe too. If you are still looking to get away for a wee break then please don't hesitate to get in touch, min.stay is 7 days the cleaning and sanitising takes far too long to offer short breaks, Kelpie is a very cosy, light cottage even in the winter months with beautiful views and walks from the cottage door. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions or concerns, thankyou
